It is i7-6920HQ part of the Skylake generation and has a base frequency of 2.9 GHz. If higher performance is needed, its cores can be automatically overclocked (TurboBoost), and the frequency can reach: 3.4 GHz – when all of them are used; 3.6 GHz – when two of them are used; and 3.8 GHz – when only one is used.The chip also features 256 KB first-level cache, 1 MB second-level cache and 8 MB third-level cache. Core has been manufactured through a 14 nm process and it includes an integrated Intel HD Graphics 530 GPU.
