Juniper EX8200-8XS-ES
EX8200 Ethernet line card is specifically designed to optimize enterprise applications. It includes either two or four on-board packet forwarding engines - that are equipped with two purpose-built, application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), one to perform wire-speed packet processing at line rates, and another to perform internal deep packet queuing and buffering while providing a high-speed interface to the chassis switch fabric. In addition, each line card contains a local processor which provides scalable local control and status processing.

Juniper MX104-AC
The Juniper Networks MX104-AC chassis provides redundancy and resiliency. It comes with four Modular Interface Card (MIC) slots and four redundant fixed 10GbE small form-factor pluggable (XFP) built-in ports for flexible network connectivity (license required for activation). Also included are the AC power supply, fan tray with filter, as well as a packet forwarding engine and routing engine. The hardware system is fully redundant, including power supplies, routing engines, and cooling system. A fully configured router is designed so that no single point of failure can cause the entire system to fail. Only a fully configured router provides complete redundancy. All other configurations provide partial redundancy. The MX104 Universal Routing Platform is a fixed-configuration platform that supports modular interfaces. The MX104 is a mobile backhaul-optimized, ETSI 300 mm-compliant chassis with high redundancy and 80 Gbps of throughput.
