Return for Replacement or Refund:
Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the item is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Manufacturer warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened, and sealed retail boxed items are non-returnable once opened.
Software & Licenses:
All software is provided subject to the license agreement included in the package. By opening the package or breaking the seal, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of the license agreement.

Shipping for Returns:
All replacements are shipped via ground unless the customer chooses and pays for a faster method. Premium shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Products:
Products that are physically damaged are not returnable. If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify the shipper immediately.
Product Damaged in Transit/Shipping:
If you receive a damaged package/box, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) is responsible for any shipping damages, not you. If you discover damage upon opening the package, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then, contact Reliance Technology Solutions, and we will file a claim.
If you receive a damaged package, you must report it to Reliance Technology Solutions within 2 business days. Failure to report within this time frame will void the damage claim.
Defective/DOA Products:
If you receive a defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) item, we will ship a replacement. For RMA claims of DOA products, a 50% RMA fee may apply if the product is found to be in working condition.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Reliance Technology Solutions. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed as returns. Reliance Technology Solutions must receive the returned products within 10 days; otherwise, the RMA will be void.
