Terms and Conditions

Shipping Fees

We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for returns, replacements, or exchanges.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include licenses, software, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, consumable items such as batteries, ink, 3D printer filament, and items that are damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us.

Opened Box or Missing Packaging/Accessories

If the original box has been opened or if you do not have all the original packaging or accessories, we can still process your return with the following deductions from your refund:

Restocking Fees:

  • If the product is in new condition with an unopened original box: 20% restocking fee.
  • If the product is in new condition with an opened original box (all accessories included): 30% restocking fee.
  • If the product is in new condition with an opened box (missing box or accessories such as cables, brackets, etc.): 50% restocking fee.
  • If the product is in used condition or returned for reasons such as “no longer needed” or similar: up to 80% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, taxes will be refunded.

  3. Financial Account Information – Necessary for processing payments for purchases from Reliance Technology Solutions. Your credit/debit card information is securely processed via a virtual terminal and PayPal and is not stored by Reliance Technology Solutions.
